Dani Tan is a leadership coach, speaker, and facilitator who has delivered 35+ workshops and keynotes for ERGs, companies, and leadership communities including Morning Brew, Comcast, Year Up, and Cal State LA.
As a first-generation Asian-Latina who rose from coordinator to VP in 11 years across five industries, Dani brings the credibility of lived experience and the clarity of corporate strategy. She doesn’t just talk about belonging. She teaches people how to activate it.
