You were taught to work hard.
You were not taught how corporate advancement actually works.
You’re already delivering.
Already leading projects.
Already carrying more responsibility than your title reflects.
But you’re still asking:
Why don’t I have the title yet?
What are they actually looking for?
Why is there no timeline?
How do I move up without making a reactive move?
This is promotion strategy.

She had the resume, the experience, and the LinkedIn profile. What she needed was a strategy that actually worked. Through coaching, she moved away from cold applications and recruiter pipelines and into targeted, intentional networking — reaching out to companies she was genuinely excited about.
That strategy led her to a conversation with a CEO about a role that had never been posted. Four months later she had accepted a Director-level position at a women-led, fully remote company that aligned with her values — doubled her salary, earned a two-level promotion, and now reports directly to the CEO as she steps into her new leadership role.
“I felt very supported and empowered. You were my emotional support and strategist. I not only improved my job search skills but also challenged my old way of thinking — I learned to look for evidence and context, which helped me move forward with confidence.”
She was ready to take her career to the next level. Through coaching she built clarity on what she wanted, refined her leadership story, and developed a job search strategy aligned with her goals and values.
She accepted a $185K offer as a top e-commerce leader — increasing her salary by $30K — and stepped confidently into a new chapter. She also went from avoiding networking entirely to becoming an Ambassador for her local Monday Girl chapter.
She knew she was ready for a director role. What she needed was a clear strategy, the right conversations, and the confidence to go after it. In just four sessions, she had all three — and the promotion.
“Before I started working with Dani, I wasn’t sure how to achieve what I knew I wanted. After just four sessions, I felt empowered and motivated to take control of my career and make the changes I needed to succeed. She helped me step out of my comfort zone, ask the tough questions, and develop a strategic plan to achieve my goals. And she was there to support me every step of the way.”
She was ready for her next move and needed a strategy to make it happen. Through coaching she clarified her story, strengthened her visibility, and built a networking plan she could act on right away.
Within four months she stepped into a new leadership role, expanded her presence across the organization, and earned an invitation to meet 1:1 with the CEO of one of the largest retailers in the world.
“Dani helped me build a career strategy. I know now that there is nothing wrong with exploring opportunities. It is okay to dream big for where you want to be. I am more intentional with the people I interact with and leveraging them to help in my career journey.”
She had a clear vision: pivot into a new career, move from San Francisco to New York City, and make it happen within six months. Through coaching she built a strategic networking plan, sharpened her resume, and prepared for interviews until her stories were sharp and memorable.
She landed interviews at Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Accenture — and accepted a role she was genuinely excited about. She made the move to NYC on her timeline, increased her salary by $50,000, and joined a company invested in her growth. A year later, she is already mapping out her next move.
“Dani is an amazing coach and mentor. She will hold you accountable by helping you get clear on your goals and what is important to you, then creating a work back plan to get you there. She will help you balance not only your career goals but how they fit within your broader life goals. If you have the chance to work with Dani, don’t let the opportunity pass you!!”
“Dani was my coach over the last year, and I couldn’t have imagined a better coach. She is excellent with supporting me as a people manager, so I can lead more effective meetings and become a more empathetic manager. Dani is also an asset in supporting me to manage up and create a more inclusive team culture. Anyone would be lucky to work with her!”
“I thought there were all these roadblocks and you helped me realize there is always a way to overcome them. I am empowered to ask more questions and create my own path vs. waiting on someone to see my worth and do it.”

I have been that woman.
The woman who worked hard.
Delivered results.
Stayed loyal.
And assumed someone would eventually notice.
I started my career as a sample coordinator making $45,000 a year. Over the next 11 years, I earned 11 promotions, made five career pivots, and became a Vice President at a billion-dollar company earning $250,000 a year.
Along the way, I:
• Paid off $25,000 in student loans
• Negotiated salary increases that doubled my compensation
• Negotiated remote work before it was common
• Designed my own roles
• Networked my way into executive-level opportunities
• Built and led teams from one person to many
• Invested consistently enough to reach Coast FIRE
I was also recognized as an award-winning executive for leading brand-to-consumer innovations and transforming company infrastructure.
But none of this happened because I worked harder than everyone else.
It happened because I learned how career advancement actually works.
How to build visibility.
How to influence decision-makers.
How to negotiate strategically.
How to position myself for opportunities before they were ever posted.
And just as importantly, how to manage the fear, self-doubt, and second-guessing that can keep even the most accomplished women playing smaller than they are capable of.
That is what makes my coaching different.
We’ll discuss your goals, the type of support you need, and see if we’re a good fit to work together.
After the call, I’ll send you an outline of your coaching plan and an enrollment link.
Once enrolled, you’ll receive an onboarding email with an intake form, details for joining Slack, access to the client portal, and we’ll schedule your kick-off call to dive right in.
High-achievers navigating promotion decisions, whether stepping into leadership for the first time, pushing toward senior levels, or building long-term leverage. My clients come from industries like tech, finance, healthcare, retail, and education, and include people from Fortune 500 companies, startups, and nonprofits.
This coaching is not for individuals who want to be told which career to pursue or are looking for a matchmaking service. It’s also not a fit for those who want tasks like resume writing, cover letter creation, or LinkedIn management done for them. This program is for people ready to take ownership of their growth, if you’re looking for a “done-for-you” service instead of strategic guidance and support, this coaching won’t be the right fit.
We do not control corporate timelines.
What we control is strategy, positioning, and leverage.
Most clients have a promotion strategy in motion within two sessions and secure advancement by their next promotion cycle.
Yes. If your promotion goal is clearly defined and time-bound, 3 months may be appropriate.
If your advancement involves stakeholder alignment, sponsorship, or senior-level positioning, 6 months is typically stronger.
Absolutely! Coaching sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals. We’ll work together to identify and prioritize your top three goals for coaching and address the areas that are most important to you.
You’ll have access to support and accountability from Monday to Friday through text and voice notes on Slack. This allows for ongoing communication and guidance between sessions. Expect a 1-2 business day reply to your messages.
We’ll regularly review your progress and adjust the coaching plan as needed to ensure you’re on track to achieve your goals. This may involve setting goals, tracking action items, and discussing any challenges or successes.
As we come to the end, we’ll take a look at your progress, see what’s next for you, and decide if you’d like to continue with additional coaching. Whether you choose to renew or wrap up, I’m here to make sure you’re set up for success as we close out. And don’t worry—I’m still in your corner long after our sessions officially end. I’m invested in your growth and will check in to see how you’re doing!
This one-on-one approach means we focus exclusively on what you need to move forward, with personalized strategies and direct support designed around your career journey.
In contrast, group coaching offers a shared learning environment where you work alongside others with similar goals. While it’s a supportive space for community insights and collective accountability, private coaching is ideal if you’re looking for a deeply customized experience and focused guidance that aligns directly with your unique goals.
