I’m a first-generation Asian-Latina leader with Puerto Rican, Filipino, and Chinese roots. I’ve pivoted careers five times while earning 11 promotions in 11 years going from a sample coordinator to a Vice President at a multi-billion-dollar company. My journey has been anything but typical.
Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, I’m a Midwesterner at heart. I built my career in New York City, spending over a decade in merchandising and e-commerce, and in 2022, I launched my coaching business while still working as a VP. By day, I led teams and strategic initiatives; by night, I coached ambitious professionals like you.
Today I work with two groups: high-achieving professionals navigating their next promotion or career move, and the organizations, ERGs, People Ops teams, and leadership communities that want to invest in their people’s growth.
I’ve worked across public relations, sales, merchandising, and e-commerce, honing my ability to identify gaps, build solutions, and help brands thrive, from startups to billion-dollar businesses. In my corporate career, I was often the second or third team member brought in to define business and hiring needs, mentor and develop high-performing teams, and create new systems and processes on tight budgets, all while achieving consistent year-over-year growth. Leaders come to me for coaching because of my track record of transforming people and businesses.
I know firsthand what it’s like to be the only woman, the only woman of color in the room, and the first in your family to navigate college, student debt, and financial basics with limited guidance. I understand the journey to build financial independence, to step away from a career path you trained for, and to start fresh driven by the need to survive and break cycles all while battling self-doubt and that persistent inner critic.
My mission is to help women, especially women of color step into leadership, land the roles they deserve, and build companies where they can make a real impact. I want you to feel confident enough to challenge the status quo, make a career change at any age, ask for the promotion, and receive the recognition and pay you’ve earned.

This mission became personal in 2021 when I began volunteering with America Needs You, coaching first-gen college students on their career journeys. Combined with my corporate experience in building teams, hiring, and creating strategic systems, I’m here to support your journey to lead and succeed.
